M1 proのMac book pro（ 2021 ) にQuixel Mixer をインストールしてみました。
結果はアプリのインストールの後、アカウントにサインインする画面（EpicゲームのアカウントやGoogleアカウントやら自分が利用したいものを選択）が出るのですが、その画面自体がめっちゃくちゃ小さい文字で、明らかにおかしいぞといった雰囲気になります。
なんとか苦労して入力のすえログインしようとしましたが、unable connectのエラーが出ました。Epicのアカウントで接続するとよかったのかもしれませんが、すでにイライラしていて試す前にアンインストールしてしまいました。（アンインストーラがあったのでそれを実行しましたが、アプリは残りますのでmacの通常アンインストールと同様アプリの削除をしました。）

私の中では、1年前の次の解答が1番納得のいくものでした。
現在、macOS Big Surとの互換性に取り組んでいます。リリース予定日は提供できませんが、調査中であることを知っておいてください。それまでの間、ご辛抱ください。

Mac のダウンロード一覧に表示されている最新のものは2021となっていますので、おそらくここに新しいバージョンがくるまでは完全に対応しないということなのかなと思います。

BRIDGEは問題なく使える
Mixerは諦めてすぐにアンインストールしてしまいました。Bridgeはどうかと試したところ、すんなりインストールできて、Blenderとの連動も問題ないです。
